Srikanth serves as President and CEO of ERP Analysts, a company that provides Oracle, Business Intelligence and Big Data consulting services and delivers successful projects to mid-market and Fortune 500 firms. He helped the company expand from a two-person organization in 2003 to a 75 million-dollar company serving clients in 36 states and the Caribbean. Under his leadership, ERP Analysts, Inc. has been recognized by Inc. as one of the 5,000 fastest growing companies for seven consecutive years. The firm was a part of Deloitte¿s Fast 500 and Columbus Business First¿s Fast 50 lists. Additionally, ERP Analysts has been honored with ¿101 National Best and Brightest Companies to Work For¿ and ¿Business First ¿#1 Best Places to Work in Central Ohiö in 2015. Mr. Gaddam founded ¿Sponsor Kids Foundation,¿ an NGO that supports and makes a positive impact in the lives of 100 impoverished children around the world.
