William holds a M.A. Economic Policy Management and B.A (Educ.), Makerere University. He has specialised experience in designing and implementing M&E Systems at Policy, Program and Project levels and conducting Research in areas of Agriculture, Poverty and Petroleum in Uganda. He currently works with CPMER in Uganda as an M&E Consultant.
