Diagnosed with a death sentence in 2001, her faith, her will to live, her determination to fight non-stop, the exceptional support of her loved-ones, her friends, the entire medical team who took such good care of her, allowed her, in 2006, to write her story hoping it will bring faith, hope and courage to all who suffer. Yes, today she is a survivor and for every day that the good Lord offers her, she says: "I have life! I love life! I live life!"

Born in Montreal in 1942, Francine St. Marseille spends the first five years in an English school and the last six in a French school. Perfectly bilingual she finds a good job and starts her career at the age of 16. Married at 21, they have two beautiful children! The four live in a foreign country for seven years, more precisely on the Ivory Coast. A wonderful experience for all... Separated in 1987, she starts a new life in 1992, when a man gently taps her on the shoulder and asks: "Madame, may I have this dance?"
