Dr. Stanley Ngome Mutsotso has PhD in Educational Communication and Technology from Moi University Kenya. He is currently the Dean of the Faculty of Education and Social Sciences at Kibabii University College-Kenya. He has vast experience in research focusing on Teacher Education.
