Prof. J.Stephen Sampath Kumar, is working in the Department of Aquaculture in Fisheries College and Research Institute under Tamil Nadu Fisheries University in India. He is presently working in the cryopreservation of fish gametes and developed the frozen sperm bank for fishes. He has published 55 research papers, 90 technical articles & 16 books.
