The Author Dr. T. Velmurugan B.S.W., M.S.W., Ph. D., Professional Social Worker- is working as Lecturer, Quality Assurance Officer at DMI ¿ St. Eugene University Zambia from 2015 onward to till today. He has Published several articles, Books in reputed journals and presented papers in different conferences.
