While working as a Nursery assistant a child sadly lost his father in a tragic car accident on Christmas eve. The child was only two years old, after searching the shops we could not find a book that came down to the level of understanding of a two year old to help him grieve and cope with such a loss. The story was inspired by my own pets Cheeko an Amazon parrot, and Star my Border collie, and their playful antics.
