In the present study, Streptomyces sp. MAPS 15, isolated from marine sponge was incorporated with commercial feed. The shrimps were orally fed with different doses of probiotic feed for a period of 14 days, and subjected to bacterial challenge experiments. It was found that shrimp fed with 108 CFUml 1 enhances the survival rate and immunity.
