The objectives of the study were to determine the effects of customer-driven strategies on the competitiveness of Mumias Sugar Company, to find out the available innovative strategies effects on its competitiveness, to examine the application of speed-based strategies effects on its competitiveness, and to determine the challenges faced by Mumias Sugar Company in creating competitiveness.
