An attempt has been made in this book to present the results of the study on the existing Internet service scenario in the university libraries in Assam and how the users are availing it. The study also explored the satisfaction level of the users with the Internet facility provided by the university libraries under study. The book has been divided into seven mainchapters. The book will surely help the LIS professionals and students to understand the status of the Internet service prevailing in university libraries and the attitudes towards it.
