The Industrialization and urbanization have been the two worldwide phenomena in the present century. Though these are the necessity of the society, nevertheless their negative impacts on the environment and social life cannot be demitted. The major ill effect of these global processes is the production of large quantities of industrial wastes (such as incineration ash, plastic waste, rice husk-ash, fly ash, waste rubber tires etc.) and the problems related to their safe disposal and management. The safe and profitable disposal of these wastes is one of the greatest challenges before of industries. According to published literature, the worldwide manufacturization of the tires is about 1.5 billion units. According to IRSG (International Rubber Study Group) research, the total production of tires across the globe in year 2015 was 15.86 million tons, which was reported to be 1% more than the previous year. According to an estimate, about 1000 million tires reach the cessation of their subsidiary life every year.
