This work is devoted to the study of variational iteration technique and its modifications for the solution of initial and boundary value problems. The proposed modifications are made by the elegant coupling of He's polynomials and Adomian's polynomials in the correction functional of variational iteration method. Syed Tauseef Mohyud-Din is a well-known mathematician working on various techniques including VIM, HPM, exp-function, MVIMS, VPM, MVPM and is the author of more than 230 research papers. A famous invited speaker who has also introduced a modified version of VIM. Moreover, he has also developed a transformation for singular problems.
