Né en 1969, Patrick Crestot est titulaire d'un master en ergonomie et estingénieur diplomé en hygiène et sécurité.Chargé de la prévention des risques professionnels dans le secteur privé pendant 8 ans puis à l'INRA depuis 1998.Il est aussi auditeur interne sur l'ensemble des fonctions d'appui à la recherche de l'INRA depuis 2008.
