I am Patrick E. Barber Sr, born in Gaston County, from a small North Carolina city. I have experienced running multiple Companies, Military, Banking & Finance, Real Estate, Construction, Entertainment, and Record labels during my life. In addition, I participated as a Co-Buyer of an NBA Team and was installed on the Board of multiple Major Corporations as a Director. I have done everything I wanted to do except fulfilling my purpose.My ideology and philosophy are an alternative to the ceremonial structures of the pastoral rule. Amazingly, everyone is searching for the secret to life. There is no secret; there is only understanding and truth. Common sense should rule here.My biggest inspirations were my mom, dad, Napoleon Hill (Think and Grow Rich), Les Brown's inspirational and motivational speaking. That also included W. Clement Stone (Believe and Achieve), Andrew Carnegie (Gospel of Wealth), Og Mandino (The Greatest Miracle in The World). Jim Rohn (My Philosophy for Successful Living), Zig Ziglar (Goals), Tony Robbins (with many credits to his name), and the most important was the Bible.Following these great teachers was like going deep into the jungle as I walked. While walking, dropping breadcrumbs to find my way back out, only to realize later animals had eaten the crumbs as I walked deeper and deeper. I soon understood they all had a positive influence in different ways; each seemed to draw from the same Well. They had their slight differences but the same perspective-all great in their way.What was missing was the knowledge of understanding. I get the PMA, but I could not keep it because it was not my own. It takes more than hype to change and transform your mindset for an accelerated change with the power to change your life from within, forever. You were born with the tools, but rarely do we know how to identify or use them. Most have no idea they exist.
