It provides feedback on failures and seeks ways of improving them. The effectiveness in use of available resources by students in relation to chemistry performance was evaluated and suggestions on how to increase efficiency put forward. The methods of doing experiments, observation skills, measurements, manipulation and analyzing experimental data among others assists students in boosting their morale and work harder.Finally, the government and parents are sponsors in the provision of secondary school education benefits from the findings. The curriculum developers are able to get the feedback of the new syllabus in relation to ASEI/PDSI models.

He holds a Bachelor of Education science from Kenyatta University and MA in Educational research and evaluation from Catholic University of Eastern Africa.
