Alice Paige was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, during the time her father studied at LSU Medical School, so she can rightfully say, "Beignet Done That!" She grew up in Mobile, Alabama, where she graduated from Murphy HS. She received her bachelor's degree from the University of Alabama in 1969, the era of Joe Namath and Bear Bryant. Paige and her family now reside in Marietta, Georgia. As a stewardess, she had the advantage to fly all over the globe. For her, the world has not been just her oyster; "it's been a whole seafood platter."
