This book has pointed out the factors that are influential for financial performance and employability in the district of Howrah, West Bengal, India. The research has been conducted by collecting primary data from the personnel engaged in these industries from different blocks of Howrah district through questionnaire and interview method.The data so collected are being analysed by using different statistical tools to find out the factors influential for financial performance of these industries and impact on employability of these industries.

Dr. Palash Bandyopadhyay is currently an Assistant Professor in Commerce with more than 16 years of teaching experience. He graduated from University of Calcutta and is a national scholar also. He completed his MPhil in 2007, PhD in 2017 and MBA (Finance) degree in 2019.He has authored two books published by Oxford University Press on Taxation.
