Autorenporträt
Prof. Panagiotis Kyratsis works at the University of Western Macedonia, Greece. He is the Director of the Computational Design and Digital Fabrication Research Lab and Director of the Research Institute of Traditional Architecture and Cultural Heritage, Greece. His main research interest includes CAD/CAM/CAE systems, machining simulations and FEA, manufacturing and machining, product design, reverse engineering and prototyping.

Dr. Anastasios Tzotzis is a researcher at the Department of Product and Systems Design Engineering, University of Western Macedonia, Greece. Is interested in CAD-based programming for design and manufacturing, FEM in machining, modern manufacturing technologies and Industry 4.0.

Prof. J. Paulo Davim is a Professor at the University of Aveiro, Portugal. He has more than 35 years of teaching and research experience in Manufacturing, Materials, Mechanical and Industrial Engineering, with special emphasis inMachining & Tribology.
