Mycorrhizal dependency and responsiveness were conducted to study the effect of inoculation of AM fungi in plantations and nursery seedlings. Dr. P.P. Dhar was born in the villeage Dabua, PS: Raozan, Chittagong, Bangladesh. He obtained B.Sc (Hons.) in 1987, M.Sc. in 1988 and PhD in 2007 from the Dept. of Botany, Chittagong University, Bangladesh. His PhD supervisor was Prof. Dr. M. A. U. Mridha. He has been in the Dinajpur Govt College as Associate Professor in the Dept. of Botany.
