LIDER is a top quality bath fitting manufacturing company in India. Statistical Quality Control tools have been applied to find out problems and their solutions. Control charts have been designed and implemented.Process Capability study has been carried out to find the actual capability of the process. The quality improvements have been verified in quantitative form and certain corrective actions recommended to rectifying the causes for variation in bore diameter quality characteristic of Bib Cock. So,we have come to some conclusion, which will be beneficial to the organization to beat its competitors with high quality products at min cost.
