Chef Pasquale is Pasquale Macrigrave;. Pasquale Macrigrave; was born in 1966 in southern Italy, in the province of Reggio Calabria. In 1984, Pasquale moved to northern Italy where he started and perfected his culinary career. Then in 1992 he married an Italian-American and moved to upstate New York. In the summer of 1993, he and his wife opened a restaurant in Albany, New York. Then in the summer of 1997, Chef Pasquale moved back to northern Italy with his wife and 2 children, where they have opened their own restaurant, half an hour outside of Milan. Pasquale puts creativity and passion into creating his dishes. Pasquale's wife says that he can create a meal out of practically nothing. Pasquale has decided to write this cookbook, filled with simple and quick recipes because he believes that everyone should experience the joys of cooking. Chef Pasquale hopes that everyone who purchases his cookbook will enjoy cooking his dishes as much as he does.
