Because of a very dysfunctional background, Pastor Randy was thrust into the workforce at an early age. At age 19 he started his first of many businesses with an entrepreneurial heart. Because of a family tragedy, Randy and many of his family came to know Jesus radically. Shortly after, he knew God was calling him to preach. At that point, God used his passion for business and starting new things into church planting and pastoring. For more than twenty-three years, he has had the privilege of shepherding Families of Faith Church as its senior pastor. Pastor Randy's passion for outreach and service extended far beyond the pulpit. In response to the unprecedented challenges and unlawful mandates that were imposed on his church and their Christian Academy during the COVID-19 pandemic, Pastor Blan founded the G.R.A.C.E (Gracefully Reclaiming a Conservative Education) Association of schools. Through this initiative, he established many new private schools, providing support to struggling families and students while embodying the love and grace of Jesus Christ. As a seasoned Christian minister and counselor now for over three decades, his journey has been defined by faith, service, and a relentless pursuit of spiritual growth. In a world often cluttered with rules and regulations, Pastor Randy dedicated his life to guiding others toward a deeper, more intimate connection with Christ. It is his hope that through his writing and ministry, he will continue to uplift and empower others, helping them to find solace, strength, and ultimately, intimacy with the One who guides us all.
