Perhaps like me you have lived grumpy too. In some way or other, we are all exerting some sort of effect, good or bad, often without realising it…in positive or less-than-positive ways. When we smile, when we encourage or when we feel low, we’re impacting others in some way. Creating ripples! If we take time to develop our inner well-being then we can build and inspire to bring life to others as we outwork what God originally intended. We were created at this time and place for a purpose to influence well. Here are some of the daily issues we women face: Caring for families. Women are generally the carers for both the children and older family members; Hormones—when some of us might be a nightmare to live with; Being busy—filling many roles with limited time to fulfill them; Multi-focussed—juggling home, work and the whole world. Today’s young women have more to negotiate than their mothers did at the same age. As a result, our ripples may not extend in good ways due to a lack of fresh flowing input and time from our Maker. This book has been written to help you discover what you need to become a world changer and a beautiful influence in the process.
