The research thrust was to investigate how the federal universities in South-East Nigeria can utilize the obvious diversities in the workplace to leverage employees' performance and commitment. The book reports that the federal republic of Nigeria had adequate constitutional and administrative regulations to accommodate diversity in the workplace. Thus, workplace ethnic diversity was positively indicated in terms of improving creativity and innovation in the universities while gender diversity had positive effect on increased graduate output. The book also shows that education and union affiliation positively influenced increased internal revenue generation efforts of the universities. Besides, the book reports that dedication to duty by employees in the universities is indicated by ethnic, gender, education and union affiliation diversities.
