Healing can occur in the simplest way: simply by recognizing the suffering of another living being, and just for a moment, sharing that suffering, bringing back wholeness. Beside releasing tight muscles, another role is to simply witness the unfolding of that memory, that trauma. This is often enough to effect healing, releasing of what has been held inside, and what is holding back that creature of God from fully enjoying its life.
