Autorenporträt
Phyllis Carey, Ph.D., is a retired English professor who taught for ten years on the secondary level and twenty years on the university level. She has been married to Patrick Carey for forty-seven years and is the mother of two sons, Brian (Mel) and Michael (Amber), and grandmother of three grandchildren, Trenton, Alex, and Sophia. She has edited/co-edited four scholarly books and published fifteen academic articles. Irish Lace is her first collection of personal writings.
