I am proud to be an American. It is astonishing how seven words can carry so much weight yet leaves us wondering the validity of their claim. As Americans, we often feel the conflict of loving our country and noticing the ripe injustices that still plague our borders. Turning on the news, we see violence, crime, disease, hatred, and fear. As a believer, and the desire to make a difference John Anthony Pham, Sr. entered the world of K-12 education through special education. He has spent the past twenty-two years working with some of the most challenging and rewarding students as a behavioral change and human growth and development specialist. Author, John Anthony Pham, Sr. has learned that no one should be limited by anyone. Pham has always believed that there is an unbelievable amount of potential within each of us if we learn to love ourselves and lean into our strengths. His demonstrated leadership in the Army strengthened his resolve to lead with a coalition, mission focus and never to leave a soldier on the field. After leaving the military, Pham worked his way through college earning three degrees while being married and fathering 7 children in a blended family. It was during this time he decided to dedicate his life to serving others. Pham began sharing his vision of truth, passion, purpose and love through life coaching. During his fifteen-year career as a life coach, Pham quickly became recognized as someone who graciously celebrated our purposeful differences. An awakening moment came during his graduate studies in education where Pham recognized that systematic oppression, racial injustice, and socio-economic unrest all stemmed from one root: a lack of love and understanding for one another. Pham has presented his honest style, life coaching philosophies, and people-first ideologies in a new and innovative way to the American public. Inspired by the swept under the carpet truths of our nation and the science that all Americans must understand, in 2016, Pham began writing his debut book, Rhythm: A Way Forward: Forwardnomics through Cultural Competence and Teams Brings You More Money, Power, Influence, and Healing. In his book, he hopes to educate others, strengthen our country, and heal the wounds of the American people. When not serving others and researching our true history, Pham can be found spending time with beloved family, building connections with others and living from his personal I AM statement: I AM Passionate about Learning through the Point of Understanding Motivated to Positively Affect as Many People as Possible, and Committed to Living a Life that Exemplifies All That Is Good & Positive I AM -John Anthony Pham, Sr. author of Rhythm: A Way Forward rhythmawayforward.com johnanthonyphamsr.com rebirthofamericaconvention.com
