Philip Anthony Oakley was born in Lincoln, Rhode Island and is the second oldest of eight children. He enlisted in the miliary in 1983 and served 22 years in the United States Army. After his miliary retirement, he became an entrepreneur. He served as the CEO of i3 ICS and launched a commercial record company called Create Culture C2 Records. Outside of his work, he still finds time to assist in charitable events supporting veteran-related charities. Philip is married to Lisa, and they have a combined six children and eight grandchildren.
