Dr. S H P Malkanthi is a senior lecturer of the Department of Agribusiness Management, Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka. She has obtained her B Sc and M. Phil degrees from University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka and Ph D degree from Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) in Bangkok, Thailand.
