The book examines various causes of malnutrition of young children amongst Internally Displace People and their resettled counterparts comprehensively. A cross sectional study of the causes of malnutrition and nutritional status of children in these two groups lead to the conclusion that resettlement does not necessarily lead to an automatic improvement in the wellbeing of Internally Displaced People (IDP). This study showed that although economic status, food availability and diversity, and other conditions improved for resettlers, it did not lead to improvement in their nutritional status.
