Prof. Dr. Qais Said Ismail. He got his Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Bristol faculty Engineering/ England in 1986. He worked at the College of Engineering University of Baghdad in Iraq from 1980-2013. Now He is the president of Uruk University at Baghdad Iraq.
