Dr. R. P. Ascano holds an M.S. in Education, M.S. in Counseling, Ph. D. in Psychology, and a Doctorate in Practical Ministry. For the past twenty years he has provided missionary and pastoral care to multiple mainline denominations and independent mission organizations. He has been retained to evaluate missionary candidates as well as seminary applicants.

Dr. S. L. Ascano holds an M.S. in Health Science, M.S. in Divinity, and a Doctorate in Biblical Studies. She has worked with and evaluated special needs infants and toddlers, supervised teachers of infant/toddler programs, and provided training for daycare personnel and parents.
