Roxanne Elliott Kemp is an accomplished administrator and educator in the education field. Kemp received her B.S. (magna cum laude) and M.S. degrees from Tarleton State University and she is a doctoral student at the University of Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas. She has pioneered the use of learning management systems (LMS) in the planning, design, production, and management of virtual and on-ground educational programs, and she has extensive experience leading and training academic and project teams, academic leaders, curriculum developers, faculty, advisors, enrollment representatives, and sales teams. Kemp has served in institutions of higher education in various roles including, adjunct professor, instructor, director of general education, director of online education and dean. She is also a highly sought-after presenter on the topics of e-learning, leadership, and diversity and inclusion.
