Produktbeschreibung
Defining why carbon dioxide is not the major contributor to the earths greenhouse effect. In spite of the fact computer models used to support emission reductions required of the original Rio Treaty of 1992(1) and the Kyoto Protocol (2) resulted in warming increases that greatly exaggerated actual global warming, alarmists of today still believe the false notion that the carbon dioxide contribution to global warming is about 80% of all greenhouse gases considered. Using Departmrnt of Energy (DOE) (3a), Carbon Dioxide Information Analysis Center (CDIAC) (3b), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) (4), and European research data, it is provable that such a statement is false. It will be shown the contribution of carbon dioxide is 72.369% only under studies where water vapor (H2O) content is equal to zero. When studies are carried out with water vapor considered an air pollutant with its correct percentage content of the atmospheric gases set to 95.000%(5a) (5b), the actual carbon dioxide (CO2) importance is reduced to a relatively small 3.618%. Another significant finding of greenhouse gas relative importance in studies without and with water vapor included in the studies shows the total man-made greenhouse effect is reduced from 5.53% to 0.28% when studies without water vapor and with water vapor are conducted. In either case, man-made greenhouse effect is relatively small and does not justify the carbon tax being proposed by global warming alarmists.

Autorenporträt
Born 10/16/24, he entered the University of Detroit prior to WWII in Electrical Engineering. After a year he inlisted in the U.S. Air Force into pilot and navigation programs. In the navigation program at Oklahoma A&M weather courses he became interested in global warming. After becoming a navigator and serving in a B-24 he was honorably discharged in 1945, returning to the U of D graduating in 1949 with a BSEE degree. After marriage to his lovely wife Therese, he earned a MSEE degree in 1955 from Wayne State in Detroit. The marriage produced five children, nine grandchildren, and one great-grandchild to whom with the world public he dedicates this study. Upon graduation he worked at Chysler Missile branch with time in Huntsville, Alabama on various aspects of rocket control. He then spent 35 years at the G.M. Tech Center retiring in 1991. At G.M. he produced 44 patents on automatic vehicle control, alternative vehicle control systems, alternate vehicle engines and transmissions, and other safety related automotive and related systems. His interest in global warming, and atmospheric greenhouse effects relates to an incomplete and thus misleading information picture relating to this vast subject making correctly informed judgment on carbon tax of fossil fuel impossible. Correct judgment requires the effects of water vapor, carbon dioxide, and other gases to be clearly understood. The importance of a fossil fuel tax to the public exists since its costs eventually rests with them and their progeny. The author's goal is to present a complete and truthful view of atmospheric Greenhouse effects allowing reasoned examination of the correct world energy supply. It may be noted the Kyoto Protocal was first to require a 30% reduction in CO2 from extremely low man-made levels, President Obama while calling for the same reduction no longer mentions the Kyoto Protocal since the american people rejected it through a vote of their congress.
