The book goes ahead to describe liver enzyme elevations in HIV infected patients who are receiving treatment. It ends by describing consequences of HIV and hepatitis B infections in Uganda. This book is a must-read for people who are interested in hepatitis B C and HIV in resource limited settings giving a wide spectrum of information on the Ugandan situation.
