Autorenporträt
Robert Rosborough Leeper was born and raised in Wilkes County, North Carolina. He earned his B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, his M.A. from George Washington University, and his Ph.D. in education from Columbia University in 1950. He was a proud veteran of the Second World War. He served as the editor of the Educational Leadership journal of the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development for 28 years. Leeper passed away on April 9, 2002.
