Michael Padjen is a graduate of the University of Utah. Michael spent the majority of his professional career in international manufacturing and sales. A Multiple Myeloma diagnosis ended that career and created an opportunity for him to continue his life as an advocate for the blood cancer and immunodeficient communities through blogging, coaching, and founding of a nonprofit organization. Michael also has a keen interest in genetic research as applied to curing chronic illnesses and treating viruses. He now resides in North Carolina with his wife, Sue.Ron Cisneros is a graduate of University of Central Oklahoma with a BBA. Ron has spent most of his career working in Human Resources specializing in Employee Relations and volunteering with numerous community service groups. He is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and served as President of the Oklahoma City Human Resource Society and the Oklahoma Hispanic Professional Association. Like his co-Author, is a native of Utah but now resides in Oklahoma with his wife, Linda
