Dr. Nadolny is a native of Chicago and holds a Ph.D. in education from Oregon State University. Dr. Nadolny holds a certification in Fundraising Management from Indiana University as well as a certificate in Higher Education Management from Oxford University. Dr. Raymond A. Nadolny currently serves as president of Williston State College.
