The human capital is a very important driver and needs to be retained because this is key element for an overall performance for the organization. Satisfied employees help to increase the profit and increase the organizational reputation in any competitive market. This study is conducted to unearth and explain most important factors which effect the satisfaction level of employees particularly in the flour mills of Sindh, Pakistan. Factors affecting the employees' job satisfaction are analyzed with the help of SPSS and Microsoft Excel software. The results are quite surprising that employees are deprived from the reasonable financial benefits, healthy working conditions, merit based fringe benefits, achievements and learning from work itself.
