is the Customized English Program Manager at the School of Continuing Education, American University in Cairo (AUC). An ESL teacher, teacher trainer, IELTS Certificated Examiner, and Cambridge ESOL Team Leader of Speaking Examiners, he earned his MA TEFL from AUC in 2009 and is now doing his EDD at Aspen University, Colorado, USA.
