I have been writing poetry since high school I have one of my poems published in my high school magazine called"Summer in Paris" I have also received a certificate of excellence of honorable mention in a 2009 poetry contest for my poem called"My man when he was sweet" also the poem has been published in the Great Poems of Western World, I am a Certified Professional Life Coach i received my certification from Fowler Wainwright International. My inspiration came to me when I first started reading Dr.Maya Angelou 's complete collection of poems and her life story and at that time I knew this is what i wanted to do, I loved the power Maya had in her words and i wanted to do the same. I live in Michigan in suburb called Westland. I have lived in Michigan all my life I am also a newly wed and I am very happy. I have a lot to share and through my poetry and words I want to change lives.
