Raghu Bir Bista >bista3@hotmail.com< is an Economist. He is a lecturer of economics in Tribhuvan University, Nepal. He teaches policy economics and development economics. He was an editor of EJDI (2005-2008). He has three books such as FDI in Nepal(2005), Economics of Nepal(2011) and REDD in Nepal(2010).He is working in climate change and poverty.
