The book concludes 'Nepal has taken some good initiatives to establish a separate juvenile justice system to handle cases of the children in conflict with the law but it needs significant reforms to establish a comprehensive juvenile justice system in comply with the international standard and make to serve the best interest of the child'. Finally, recommendations have been made to strengthen the juvenile justice system in Nepal.
