The author Dr. Rajesh Vishwanath Wagh (BVSc & AH, MVSc, MBA & PhD) was born on 22th July 1985, at Chikhli, Dist- Buldhana of Maharastra state (India). He has completed his B.V.Sc. & A.H and M.V. Sc. (LPT) from Nagpur Veterinary College, Nagpur & PhD from GADVASU, Ludhiana and Doctoral Research at Dept. of Meat sci. from Uni. of Helsinki, Finland.
