Ferroelectric materials have found large scale use in sensors and other devices. R. Padhee received his master degree in Physics from NIT, Rourkela and did his Ph.D in Physics from Siksha ¿O¿ Anusandhan University, Bhubaneswar, India. He is a faculty of Physics at ITER, SOA University. His field of research is ferroelectric/multi-ferroic materials. He is presently working on research projects and guiding research scholars.
