This book analyses the issues associated with territorial sovereignty and integrity, in the status quo, that are in need of immediate redressal. The book does not cater to any particular set of issues, i.e. it does not restrict itself to either political or social, but covers all sets of issues, political, social and economic. On a political forefront, the book examines the Yemen crisis and the South China Sea Dispute, and on the economic forefront, it assesses the challenges in easing the restrictions on Large-Scale Foreign Direct Investments in Developing Countries. On the social scale, the book covers a conglomeration of social-political and socio-economic issues, which include Internally Displaced Persons, cross-border invasions, genocide and use of Biological Weapons, the South-American Arms Race and the Issue of Permanent Sovereignty over Natural Resources. The book highlights each of the aforesaid issues in detail, after which it analyses the key surrounding issues under the ambit of those issues, highlights the stances and role of countries and International Organizations, and then provides comprehensive solutions for the same.
