This Research work is related to entrepreneurship in Truck Transport Business. In Rural India sugarcane farming is sizable farming. It has created many direct & indirect employment, such as driving, repairing, spare parts,farm workers, sugarcane cutting workers, supervisors etc. Many families are depending on truck transport business. There are lot of problems in truck transport business related to sugar cane transport. Problems related to roads, maintenance& repairs,sugarcane cutting workers, supervisors, funds raising problems,advance from sugar factory, advance to group of sugarcane cutting workers, heavy rate of loan interest, transportation rate, road taxes,negligence of drivers, bad habits of drivers, accident problems, low education of truck owner etc. These problems can be solved by education to truck owner, maintenance of roads, subsidy from government, loan at low interest, viable rate of transport from sugar factory etc. Now in India, many educated youth is taking challenges of transportation business. Here is need of proper support from government. Then only transportation business will be successful.
