The present investigation was undertaken to study the effect of graded NaCl and mycorrhization on eleven grape rootstock genotypes, namely Salt Creek, Dog Ridge A, Dog Ridge B, Degrasette, 99R, 110R, SO4, 1613C, 1616C, H-144 and Male hybrid using different explant types under in vitro and in vivo conditions to devise a protocol for a rapid and non-expensive screening for salt tolerance.
