Gas sensors have a great influence in many areas such as environmental, public security, and sensors networks. Detection of explosive gases has become consequently more important with the enlargement of centralized LPG, methane distribution. Semiconductor gas sensors have attracted widespread attention based on these materials. The CdIn2O4 is n-type semiconducting material wide band-gap ( 3.24 ev) often the choice for conductometric gas sensing due to their thermal and environmental stability as well as good response reversibility.
