Autorenporträt
: Reuben Welch's popular speaking and writing style spans more than four decades and several generations. He joined the faculty of his alma mater, Point Loma Nazarene University, in 1960 and presently serves the school as associate professor emeritus of religion. He is the author of more than ten books, including the well-known volume We Really Do Need Each Other. His roots in the Evangelical and Holiness movements run deep: he is a grandson of the late 'Uncle Bud' Robinson. Reuben and his wife, Mary Jo, live in San Diego and are the parents of two grown children.
